As the sun is setting the shoreline and river elements take on a different hue with the glow of the sunset. The wildlife is coming home to roost and nature begins its ritual of settling down for the night. Witness all of this from the deck of the M/V Edison Explorer.
“My husband had suggested that we have an early dinner at Pinchers and then surprised me with the suggestion that we do the Fort Myers Sunset Cruise on the Caloosahatchee River.
It was a beautiful evening and so we headed to the ticket office and then to the Edison Explorer. We purchased a glass of wine each and settled back to enjoy the cruise. It was beautiful to watch the colors along the river change as they were reflected from the sky when the sun began to set. The bird life appeared to be heading home to roost but a few dolphins appeared as escorts as we returned to the dock.”
What a wonderful way to end our day!
